Luke received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and his Law Degree from Case Western Reserve University Law School. Luke moved to Chillicothe in 2006. His previous practice experience was with Southeastern Ohio Legal Services. Luke’s practice areas include civil law, estate planning, and probate work. He lives in downtown Chillicothe with his family and is committed to the community.
