Dale focuses his practice in the areas of collections, complex litigation including business disputes, wrongful death or serious injuries, trust and estate administration, estate and business planning, commercial real property, and local government law. Dale has a reputation for achieving excellent results, keeping an open mind, and helping his clients make their goals a reality, even when difficult situations arise.
In addition to being a partner with Seif and McNamee, LLC, Dale currently serves as Special Counsel to Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, Solicitor to the Villages of Waverly and Piketon. Dale earned his Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 2002 and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Ohio University in 1999.
Dale and his wife, Tossie, are the proud parents of four children and actively supports numerous non-profit entities, charities, athletic leagues, and the community. In that role he has been teaching young people about the importance of hard work, staying focused, and playing as a team.
