Andrew received his undergraduate degree from Franklin University and his law degree from Capital University Law School. After graduating, Andrew spent several years practicing in Columbus at an established estate planning law firm. In 2021, Andrew and his family moved back to their hometown of Chillicothe.
Andrew concentrates on the areas of estate planning, business and transactional law, probate law, and Medicaid planning.
