Luke Feeney
Luke is a general practice lawyer with concentrations in taxation, estate planning, and business law. Luke’s experience also includes extensive landlord-tenant and foreclosure defense, family and senior law.
Luke has been proud to serve as mayor of Chillicothe since 2016 and previously served as the Chillicothe City Auditor from 2013 to 2016.
Luke started his legal career working as an attorney in Cleveland, and then moved to Southeastern Ohio Legal Services where he represented seniors and low-income residents. He also helped start the EITC Coalition, which prepares over a thousand free tax returns every year in Ross County.
Luke graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Luke is an Eagle Scout, a 2018 recipient of the National Outstanding Eagle Scout and is dedicated to the community. Luke serves on the board of directors of United Way of Ross County, Hopewell Health Centers, and the Board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Central Ohio and previously served on the board of Ross County Community Action.
Luke and his wife, Stacy, live in Chillicothe with their two year old son.
